I called down to ask how to open the doors, they said that they are locked and will not be opened. I also found that all the doors to the balcony were locked. When I didn't received a call back or email confirming those reservations I called again, this time it took 45 mins of being on hold to be transferred to 4 other people who finally confirmed everything. I then contacted the hotel to make reservations for shows, dinner and spa appointments. My last visit however changed all that, to start it took me over an hour to book the room because I was left on hold, then discounted several times before finally talking to someone.
In the past year I've been noticing some problems that weren't being fixed but I let it go because it had two things I really enjoyed, a balcony to hang out on and great customer service. To give you some background, I have been staying at Palms Place for 4 years now at least twice a year.
